Lauren received her bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from Mississippi State in 2014. Her work is shaped by her past and serves as a quiet reflection on time, grief, and the landscapes that carry our histories. For her, painting is a way of preserving these memories, layering color and atmosphere to evoke nostalgia.
Every place holds meaning, whether through individual experience or the collective memory of those who have passed through it. She aims to create spaces that feel both deeply personal and widely familiar, inviting viewers to discover their own connections — recognizing something known, remembered, or felt.
